SMS reminders to reduce no-shows
To go even further with your Rosa Calendar, Rosa allows you to send SMS reminders to your patients. Health professionals using the SMS reminders reported reduced patient no-shows by more than 50%.
The SMS pack costs 99 EUR / 1000 SMS (VAT incl.). For most of our users, it is reimbursed if you avoid 1 no-show per month.
No, Rosa doesn’t sell your data
There is a popular saying that goes: “When a product is free, you are the product”. But not at Rosa. As a non-profit with a societal mission, we only collect and process data to help health professionals and patients. Our privacy policy explains all the data processing activities (e.g. we collect a patient's email to send them an appointment reminder).
We are also ISO 27001 certified on our information and security management systems. We don’t use your data for any other purposes. In plain English, we don’t sell your data.

Who can use Rosa Free Forever?
To create a medical practice on Rosa, you need to have at least one health professional that satisfies the definitions set by the Ministry of Health:
i) have an NIHII number, or
ii) have a visa number (e.g. psychologists), or
iii) be a non-recognized health professional that is reimbursed by mutualities under specific conditions (e.g. Osteopath D.O., Chiropractor, Psychomotor Therapist, Acupunctor, Clinical Sexologist )
A medical practice can add non-medical staff to its medical practice. However, there may be limitations on the use of Rosa profile. You can find more information here.
How can Rosa Free Forever be free?
In a world where more and more patients go digital, Rosa is on a mission to help health professionals and patients adapt.
Through our work, we saw that many health professionals didn't adopt digital solutions because of financial constraints. We do not want to leave anyone behind. That's why Rosa launched a free forever plan.
