Frequently asked questions

Can I test features in the Membership before becoming an Adhering Member?

Yes! With our 30-day free trial, Rosa allows you and everyone in your practice to test the Membership benefits for 30 days for free.

You can then decide if you want to become a Member or not. Once the trial is over, you will go back to the Free Forever plan.

How can I become a Rosa Member?

The admin of any Rosa organization can become a Rosa Member by paying the Membership fee for your practice, directly from Rosa Calendar.

From your settings, the fee adapted to your practice (discount included) will be calculated.

How can I buy an SMS pack?

You can buy an SMS pack directly from your Rosa account by going to the SMS Reminders menu in your settings.

What's considered as a “paramedical” or a “mental health professional”?

The following specialties are considered “paramedical”:

  • Midwifery
  • Nursing
  • Physical therapy
  • Dietetics
  • Podiatry
  • Orthoptics
  • Speech therapy
  • Orthopedics
  • Bandaging
  • Implant and prosthesis supplier
  • Occupational therapy
  • Optometry
  • Osteopathy D.O.
  • Audiology
  • Pharmacy

The following specialties are considered “mental health”:

  • Psychiatry
  • Psychology / Clinical Psychology
  • Neuropsychology
  • Certified Sexology
  • Clinical remedial education 

All other specialties not listed above will be considered “Doctors & Specialists” in terms of membership fees. This includes specialties not recognized by an INAMI number or visa.
