We seek a proactive ISMS Manager to oversee our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Privacy Information Management System (PIMS), focusing on ISO:27001 and ISO:27701 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize the ISMS and PIMS, ensuring compliance with ISO:27001 and ISO:27701.
• Streamline security processes, including employee awareness, access reviews, vulnerability management in engineering teams, and vendor security reviews.
• Serve as the primary contact for security incidents and spearhead improvements in ISMS and PIMS through effective strategies and metrics.
• Maintain, update, and manage risk assessments for all ISMS and PIMS framework documents, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and security/compliance teams for coordinated efforts and continuous enhancement of security practices.
• Regularly report on ISMS and PIMS status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.

 

Organizational Relationship:

Work closely with the Chief Security Officer and the Legal Counsel and Privacy Officer.

 

Your profile:

• 2+ years of experience in information security and privacy
• Certified (or willing to) in ISO27001, ISO27701, CISSP, Security+, CISM or CIPM
• Strong understanding of ISMS and PIMS principles
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Control and detail-oriented
